Brigh Headlights
Good day:
I have seen on the street many newer BMW's and M benz (C class to be more precise) that have some kind of special headlights. The BMw's have a blue cool burning tone and the Mercedez have some kind of "white-greenish" tone on the lamps. How do I achive this tone in the headlights of my Explorer? Does PIAA's superwhites achive this? Does this special bulbs will burn out the plexiglass on the headlamps? What does the PIAA's achive then?

You can probably get a pair of Hiper headlights. They just look like HID but you won't be able to see anything, especially when raining. I have a pair of PIAA and they're very good. They are whiter, not bluer. You can actually see better in the rain. It was one of the best $60 I spent.

[updated:LAST EDITED ON 27-Feb-02 AT 10:21 AM (EST)]I just Installed Sylvania "Xenarc" HID'S on my 01 Xped. The White Light Is Amazing!!! I can see for miles!!. I also am a diehard PIAA fan too. They make some wondeful products!!!
The "Xenarc's" are in my headlights, PIAA 1900 Platinum Series Super Whites on top of the Brush Guard, and PIAA Ion Yellow DiChroic Fogs in the Lower Air Dam
