Dropped in a 272 and can't get fuel to the carb. changed to a fuel pump from the 292 I drove into the shop. Could it have gone bad during the engine change over? No inlet or outlet marked on the pumps.. Please humor me and tell me which line goes where.. BTW it has no glass bowl on either. ANy and all help is appreciated.
drove my 56 into the garage a few weeks back.no go next week.almost new pump,couldnt see a thing wrong with it.put on old pump and away to go.you never know with those dam old fuel pumps.

I have advised many people on these, make sure your fuel filter is behind the electric fuel pump. Do'nt use a fuel filter in front of an electric fuel pump, it has a tendendency to crush the inner element.......Janet
