Good spec/Brand plug wires?

Am about to do the pertronix conversion. My 312 is running a newly rebuilt double pulley 30A genny now for 2 years which has done very well - and I trust it not to "spike out" an electronic module (at least for awhile). Flamethrower 40k coil is in . Plugs at .040, and runs pretty well.

The 'Stock repro' wires are seven years old, and altho there are not many miles on them, the boots are split, and I find the connectors generally crummy.

Whats the experience out there on wire kits?
Go all copper or graphite?
Silicone or other insulation?
Brands that are decent?

Yesterday I installed a new mallory unilite dist. It stated in the instructions NOT to use copper core wires. I'm using a run of the mill NAPA brand wire set. I dont remember the part# or brand but it all fit nicely in the orignal loom.

I have had very good luck with accel plug wires. 1 set I bought were called super stock and the other were called radio sup. wires. I get the unversal set and trim them as needed and just crimp the ends on.
