hood spring plates
My 78 F250 4x4 has a metal type angle iron piece with two bolts attaching it to the rear of the hood, it is centered, what is this for? and I noticed some black metal plates under the hood springs where they bolt onto the fender aprons, why do some trucks have these plates and other don't ???
