4x4 engages by itself
I have a 1990 bronco II 2.9 engine 5 speed manual auto lockup hubs
I was going 70 mph and for no reason the 4 wheel drive engaged.
the lights came on the dash, both 4x4 and 4 low . the front end was like on ice ,all over the road. I don't need to tell you I About messed myself,
But when i pulled over tapped the 4x4 lights ,they went out ,so i started again down the road at 50 mph and it did it again. so i drove home at 40 mph for 8 miles with no problem. Does anybody know what cased this please :-
