Strike!!!

Anybody here anything about a Train Strike? I was just told by my brother that works down at the docks here that the ships are holding or preparing for that strike and that they are threatening if demands aren't met. I hope not, my understanding is if anybody who ordered a car or truck is pretty much hosed . Don't they leave the factory on train? Oh man, this blows!

They leave by rail, but where you are they come by sea. I am a union guy, and the simple threat of strike is usually followed by intense weeks of talks. Get it ordered!

Triton, thats the problem. my truck has been built and is awaiting transpo by rail I can only assume. if this threatening is happening the ships automatically slow transport due to limited loads. have you heard anything of this sort? as I said before, my brother is down at the docks and at this point they are making work for them....nothing to offload means empty warehouses and no trucks for transport. I'll call the dealership tomorrow and they'll probably say that the truck is sitting at the factory still waiting delivery.
