manifold leak?

manifold leak?
I have a 74 F250 2wd with a 360, on the passenger side of the engine there is an exhaust leak at the back of the engine that I can t tell if it is the exhaust manifold or not. It looks as though the corner where the last bolt is has broken off and that is where it leaks, but it does not seem like that is part of the exhaust manifold. Anyway it has an annoying sound and I am worried it might do damage to the engine, however 2 mechanics told me those bolts snap off easy then there is real problems, It has only 86k original miles and the body is in mint shape, I dont have the tools or ability to fix this myself, any ideas?
