How is this guy even smart enough to get a driver's license? If breathing wern't an involuntary reflex, he'd have died at birth..."My IROC is faster than any cop car out there, they're all jealous of me. I intimidate them, so they don't give me a ticket! i think its a BS call it was either staged or the radio DJ was just putting up with him for the laugh factor....this guy was a complete moron.....i only listened to him up to the part where he said "sweet ride" for the 100th time....theres 4 mins ill never get back

thats Phil Hendrie and a character voice he does named jeff dowder. you can listen to his stuff on his web site. philhendrieshow.com i listen to him at work because he is unique and makes me laugh, but he can be quite offensive either you like him or you don't but he is defenitly talented ( jeff dowder is not one of my favorite charecters he can be quite anoying)
