86 Headlights
Help... My 86 F-150 lost both headlights last night at the same time. I figured it must have been the switch and replaced it this morning. However, the switch was not the problem, and I can't find my manual... any ideas?

Yeah I would check the high beam / low beam switch on the floor. It is probably shorted out. I had the same problem on my dad's 89 F150 and it started smoking. Look around for corrosion and rust. If it hasn't been done in a while just replace it. They are fairly cheap ($10). Good luck!
