E4OD w/E Brake bolt pattern???

E4OD w/E Brake bolt pattern???
I am aquiring an Engine and E4OD that has the E brake at the end from a 1996 F450 2 wheel drive. I'm puting it in my 1993 F250 4 wheel drive that currently has a ZF S542 5 speed. I'm planning to replace both the engine and transmission. My questions are 1) If I take that E brake thing off the end of the tranny, will my Borg Warner 13-56 be able to use those same bolt holes? Is it the same size and bolt pattern and is the shaft length any different? And 2) Does the E4OD have the mounting holes for the transfer case shift linkage in the same spot to fit the existing shifter position if at all? I'm pretty sure I'll need new drivelines since the E4OD is a little longer than the S542. Unless someone knows a trick.

Well, from what I could see from pictures of the e-brake assembly, it looks like the same six bolts and dowel position as on my transfer case. I haven't purchased the engine and tranny yet so I'm trying to line everything up before I do. If anybody knows why this wouldn't work, please let me know. If anybody knows that it would work, please let me know also.
