Sure have! It is broadcast off "fat Albert" blimps into Cuba. You can hear it from time to time in the southern Florida Keys. It is all in Spanish and is basically news and information.

If I remember correctly, it is/was a radio station that broadcast anti-communist material to Cuba. I think. I believe it was started in the early 80's. I can't be 100% sure though.

Forgot to mention this is a radio station (and there is a TV too by a different name) run by the US Government. I believe it is run by VOA.
