brake problem?.. help

hey today i had to slam on the brakes real hard ,and when i did that my truck pulled real hard to the right and i almost hit another car. is my brakes screwed up?

You may need them adjusted. Not sure when you last brake job was...but if you do not feel comfortable doing the work, take it in. Not worth wrecking your FORD.
