Let's do somthing about this blend Door issue

I can see I'm not the only one that has had this problem, And this is not a cheap fix. This problem cost me $740.00

Anyone know what we can do about this? What steps do we need to take to get our damb money back?

I haven't had any problems with the blend door on my 92 explorer aside from just readjusting both the heater control and direction control cables.

95 and up are the years that people are having problems.
