Micro tuner problems
I bought a new microtuner for my '02 V10 4x4 6-speed and when I did the install the tuner did the 3 minute download then it told me to contact superchips, needs update. I took it back to my dealer and they called superchips and they said that the program did not recognize my VIN. Have any of you had these problems. This sucks because I am in nothern Alberta and the tuner has to be sent to Florida it will be a month before it gets back to me.

Why on earth are you letting the dealer do your research? Call Superchips yourself and get things straightened out. In this day and age of overnight delivery why a month to get your tuner replaced? A week would seem to be a proper turnaround time period.
