Nope. Pretty good motor overall.
How many miles? Timing chains are the only real items that tend to fail after 100,000 miles.
Lots of guys here have +200,000 miles on them if they are taken care of.

I think the 352 and 360 are the most relaible of the FE's. Before I rebuilt mine it was run out of oil 4 times, alwasy low on oil, no mantience pefroemd at all it was really abused and it ran pretty good despite all that. Let it warm up a little before flooring it, change the oil every now and then, put a new air cleaner on every now and then and dont run it out of oil and it will just keep purring and beating chevys.
