I have a 1988 Ford F150 4x4 with a 5.0L. If the truck sits for more than 4 hours I have to cycle the ignition switch 3-4 times for it to start. I think it may be a fuel pressure problem. After the first start it starts fine but it does have to turn over afew times before it starts. After the truck warms up it idles higher and runs ruff. The truck has a new jasper engine in it with about 20K miles on it.I t also has 500 miles on new injectors idle bypass valve and TPS. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated ......... THANKS
pressure regulator or fuel pump or fuel filter. fuel pump in-the-tank I think is a low pressure and the one on the fuel rail is high pressure. you should have about 40psi
