Window Selenoid replacement

I have been able to remove to door cover and expose the selenoid but the window guide makes impossible to release the selenoid from the lock latch. Does the window have to come out? Any ideas.

Are you talking about the door lock actuator? If so you remove the bolt at the bottom of the window run and move it over to give you more room to work.
