Unknown V.I.N.

I have a frame with the V.I.N number 18-1918692, any help would be apreciated. This came with a 37 ford pickup I bought but not sure if it is even close.

According to the Standard Catolog of Light Duty Trucks, '37 should have a serial number between 18-331857 and 18-4186446, while the '32 has 18-1000000 and up with '33 as 18-2031127 and up.
