It works great. Not real hard to install if you know what you're doing, and if you dont the instructions and the internet can help. If you can afford it and have your head screwed on straight, do it. I could even e-mail you the maps I'm using so you can avoid some of the tuning I had to do. Of course you'll have to fine tune it yourself, but it would avoid the pain of tuning from SBC 350 settings like I did.
I have a 390 bored out to a 396 the top end has all been ported and polished and then I had the bottom end balanced to make the motor run a little smoother. I have a holly carb on there right now and it is a pain. I was thinking of just getting an edelbrock for ease of tuning, but then I started reading about this commander 950 and it sounds very interesting. I may have to buy the edelbrock and start saving for the commander 950. Thanks for the input.
