I want to change my 1985 f150 i6 manual 4sp to a automatic. I don't know what tranny is in it now but I want to put a AOD in it. I want to use a B&M Unimatic shifter. I was wondering if it will be a hard swap and what all do I need to do the swap. Can anyone please help me?

I don't know a whole lot about switching transmissions but I would think it would take a lot of effort. I do know that you might need to get a different flywheel/flexplate since they are different from manuals to automatics.
I went from T19 4 spd to AOD. You'll have to change engine plate and flexplate and install trans cooler.
Other than that, everything bolts right in.
only different between yours and mine is EFI set-up. I took carb 6 cyl out and install 1989 EFI 6 cylinder.
The biggest headaches for you is TV cable set-up. On earlier model AOD they use rod set-up instead of TV cable. You cannot buy TV rod set-up any more but you can buy TV cable from Lokar. www.lokar.com but you'll have to fabricate a bracket to attach TV cable to carb.
