?? @ Hanging drips
GURUS, I have a question. I changed my oil today and was under the vehicle and noticed some oil on the frame just under the steering box. Took out a flashlight and noticed a hanging drip on a 2.5 inch hose aboout 8 to 10 inches above the steering box could not tell what type of fluid it was I assume it was oil. Any one know what this hose is and why it may be dripping? My first thought was that it was the exuast hose from the intercooler but not sure.
SECOND- Also had a drip at the base of the fuel filter (no significant residue though) just a drip on the frame where you insert the 6mm hex to drain the water from the filter. Truck has only 6000 miles on it what would cause this drip and should I be getting this looked at or replaced?
I installed a fumoto valve and 14.5 quarts of Shell rotella 15w-40. I really like that valve. Thanks in advance!!
