Question

A/C Blows

2000 Eddie Bauer 4x4 V-6 When the A/C is shut off or the fan speed is changed manually the blower automaticly blows on high speed out of the defroster vents. The compressor sounds like it is turning off when the A/C is turned off. However the blower goes to high and comes out the defroster. What gives?

Any ideas?
