4x4 parts interchange?
I have a friend with a 92 4x4 f150 that took a ditch pretty hard. Wheel base measurements come up 3 in. different. No body damage other than turn signal lens. We are going to check it on a frame machine and if we don't find the frame to be bent, can we use the brackets attaching the two I-beams to the cross member off of an 85 f250? I know that this is the lighter duty front end, and they all look the same, and I know they mount the same to the truck.
