Exclamation Bottom Dooor Channels

Door bottom channels I figure I'm just going to make some but any bodt got any seggestion. These are the channels that hold the door seal away from the drain holes. I have about every catalog known to Ford truck restoration and have never seen any.

I fabricated mine. I took a piece of 1 inch sqare tubing, and cut it down the middle. this gave me 2 "C" shaped sections. I then cut them down more so that the lip off of the "C" was mush shorter. I did some grinding on the ends as they had all most no "C" shape to them. After that both ends were bent slightly (as were the originals) to allow standoff in the middle. Finally 5 holes were drilled for the mount. It was very easy to do and I did both in about 2 hours. try to get the square tubing with walls as thin as the originals (18 or 19 guage).
