Exclamation Help!!!

Hey, im new to this forum and i just had a couple of questions. I am new to the truck world and i hope to be getting into it soon. I am planning on getting a 1997-2001 f-150 4 by 4. I also plan on jacking it up and getting some big tires put on it and doing some off-roading...thats where i need help on. I was just wondering what kind of suspension set ups and kind of tires some of you have etc....Any info would be great help.

thanx

Wish I could help. My 4X4 has the stock suspension. I do have Bilstien shocks. Love them and I am running 265/75/16. When I replace them I am going with a 285/75/16. I hear that is the biggest tire I can put under it without a lift. Someday I'll probably put a lift on. Maybe starting with a 3" body lift and moving up to a 315/75/16 tire.

Hi and welcome to the forum
At the top of the forum you'll see a thread called Tire Size Chart.
In there you'll probably find more info than you can use
If you have any questions about what you read in there feel free to ask.
