If you have a boxed frame

I was wondering... how did you go about mounting the cab and the bed where there is supposed to be bolts going through the frame? Did you just weld the nut to the inside of the rail before you boxed the frame or did you leave holes in the boxed areas where bolts were needed? Thanks in advance.

when I boxed my frame, I left a small notch in the boxing plate so I could use a wrench to hold the nut inside the box. You can see it in one of my gallery pictures
