Telstar Tires
Just bought a 2002 F250 with a new set of I think are LT265/75/R16 LTD Radials, load range "E". As best I can tell they were manufactured by Kelly-Springfield in North Carolina. The DOT ID is "PJ48" which indicates Fayetville, North Carolina. Telstar must be a jobber buying tires from everyone and selling them. They forgot to put a name on the tire, but the DOT ID nailed them.
I don't know much about Kelly-Springfield either, they look like pretty good tires and was curious if anyone knew anything about the quality and wear of the tires. Wouldn't want to end in a ditch somewhere because of poor tires.
