i got an 89 f-150 i need to find out where i can get a replacement headlight assembly for my truck

You could check with a parts store to see if they have one.

Another option is a salvage yard or if someone has a parts truck in the classified section of this site.

Don't forget about Ebay.

I think my uncle got a replacement from Advance autoparts, but it was sorta costy. (Like $80)
