I took my radius arms out today to replace the bushings and when I put the new ones on I noticed alot of play in them. They didn't fit tight against the bolt. The bolt where the bushings go rusted away to 11/16 inch and the threads are 15/16inch. Do I need to get new arms now, and if so where can I get new ones? My trusty LMC catalog doesn't list them.
45 apiece isn't too bad.....It looked like there was a sleave inside the old bushing but it turned out to be just chunks of rust in there. I'll put a picture of the arm in my gallery in a little bit, but it doesn't look like there should be a sleave.
edit: I put the pictures in my gallery, they're in their own gallery. I looked at them at broncograveyard and it looks like I need a new pair..
Looks like maybe they were ran too long with bad bushings.... hmm. hopefully someone that has changed there bushing will jump in.. I am about to change mine for the first time. F-250s are better

Do yourself (and the truck) a favor and go to the wreckers and get a set of i-beams, complete with the radius arms, with the camber/caster bushings in the topball jointand swap those in place of the old ones cause you'll be pretty well to the point of swapping the i-beams anyway and also you will be able to better align the truck as well.
You should check to see whether the bushings you have are for the 2WD. As I recall, the radius arms on the 4WD have a larger diameter thread than those used on the 2WD.
