This morning I noticed a white puffy cloud of smoke drift by when I started. It didn't last long. Just a puff drifted by. It runs smooth. No other problems that I am aware.
I stopped using the Stanadyne a few weeks ago. It was the first start of the day. Didn't do it again on subsequent starts after that. Did it yesterday morning. I don't recall seeing it before then.
Any thoughts on cause? Maybe I just didn't notice it before?

SBV45...
I get the same 'puff' on occasion.. Never warm.. Thought it was the predator install, and didn't notice it prior to that.. But returned it to stock for warranty and it still did it a couple times.. Probably another normal condition.. Mine runs fine when cold, and the 'puff' clears imediately after it kicks off..
I keep it in the garage at night. Same brand of fuel from same station. I just never noticed it before. I saw it when it was winter and cold. I mentioned it to the dealer and they gave me the infamous flash. I'll just watch it. Thanks.
Mine has done it ...well forever...in the old days I would have said the valve guides leaked a bit over night .…………..mine is extremely faint....and not always there
