Deciphering a VIN

I'm shopping for a used F350. I want DRW and 7.3 turbo diesel. Some of the internet search sites do not contain details, but they do list the VIN. I know there is specific info built into the VIN but I need to know for sure what the various VIN characters mean.

I know the first character calls out the country of manufacture.
I know the F in the second position means Ford
I know the T in the third position means truck
The 4th and 5th characters are a mystery to me, but I suspect the 5th tells me whether it's 2 wd or 4wd (W=2WD, X=4WD?)
The next (6th) character seems to call out the model (3=F350)
The seventh character is one I'm very interested in. I've seen duallies with either 2 or 3 in that position. I've seen SRW models with either 0 or 1 in that position. I've seen a cab/chassis with a 4 in that position. Is that the axle code? Wheel code (SRW or DRW), wheelbase code? I need help there.
The 8th character is the engine code (F=7.3, S=V10, I don't know what the other engine codes are).
The 9th character is a complete mystery (plant? restraint system? color?)
The 10th character is the model year and I know what those are.

Any help is appreciated. If you know of a website that explains all the VIN codes please refer me there. THanks!
