i just acquired a lighted sunvisor for my bronco. i want to replace my broken stock one but the holes are not the sam. i wanted to know what the best way to fill the old holes with. a buddy suggested fiberglass instead of boondo . unfortunately i dont have a welder so i cant plug the holes. also when running the wires what should i ues to waterproof the hole? silicone? thanks fir the help

also does anyone where i might find clear lens covers or know how i might change the color of the yellow lights? it is a lund sunvisor. thanks again

i had a lund moonvisor on my first ranger. i used silicone for the wires and mounting bolt holes. would also work well to fill holes from the other visor. silicone stays flexible. i think bondo would shrink over time. havent seen any other lens covers besides the stock amber color.
