what do i need
i am putting a v8 on a sand rail. I was wondering if it is possible to run the stock fuel injection and buy some kind of reprogrammer to make it work. the only thing i will run is the alternator and water pump. can i make the stock system work (89 5.0 mass air flow) or will i need to find something else. Do i have to use the stock computer? I want to bore it .30 over, put a heathly cam in and lifters, and get some aluminium heads. i can carb it non problem and probaly will to get most of the kinks worked out. But i want the better mpg and relibality or fuel injection. thanks for any information.
