e40d leaking from electrical connector

Anyone had this problem... My e40d ('93 f250) is leaking from around the main electrical connector (passenger side). Tranny works okay otherwise. Problem has become progressively worse to the point where I definitely want to fix it. I am not familiar with the internals although I assume this connector is attached to the internal solenoid assembly(?). Is this a simple seal and how involved to repair? Any help is appreciated.

When I installed my Banks Transcommand module on my 1990 E4OD I pulled out that electrical connector on the passenger side of the tranny and there was ATF in it. I sopped it out with a rag and put everything back together. Figured it was due to tranny overflow or something. Don't know because I had just bought the vehicle a few thousand miles before (used at 52000 miles). Never had any problem with leaking in 22000 miles since and never checked that connector again. I know the wife's aerostar was leaking when it was about 1.5 quarts overfilled. Syphoned the surplus out and it never leaked again.
