Does anyone know of a company or website where i could find a set of aftermarket headers for my 2.3L 97 Ranger. Thanks in advance for the input.

the link above is a good place though there headers are race only and not smog legal. though if your handy with a mig you could make them smog legal...

i personaly like the turbo header heheheheh

you'd be better off and cheaper in the long run just nabbing the whole motor .... I am looking into modifying the 2.3 I have, but it seems that just getting the mustang motor is cheaper. though less fun imho,...

but to answer your question I believe you can

One thing I remember about the 2.3 I-4 was that on a lot of the factory cast iron headers there would be a crack in them sooner or later. I'm thinking about nabbing a used Ranger II with a 2.3, but I also want to find somewhere that I can get a steel tube header for it just to avoid the above problem - not for performance reasons.

I think a plain old wire feed ought to be enough to weld on an O2 sensor boss.
