Injector stuck open?? or what?

Injector stuck open?? or what?
Well my truck died again..
I was going down the highway and started hearing some pinging sound, like in a gas engine. I stopped and pulled off the highway, turned off the truck. Waited 5 minutes and started up the truck again fine no problem, lots of white smoke though. drove another 5 miles then it starts pinging again with lots of white smoke.
I made my destination and parked the truck. When I returned to the truck and tried to start it and it turned over a little bit and then stopped like it is hydrolocked.. It still starts to turn and stops again.
Any ideas? My thoughts are that the injector has stuck open filling a cylinder with fuel or an O-ring completely failed and let the cylinder fill with oil or fuel..
Has anyone else ran into this problem??
What would be a good starting point for fixing this? (maybe pull all of the glowplugs and turn over engine?)
