fuel problem

I need a little info. I can start my explorer with no problem but after a few mins. it stalls so I checked the fuel press. it will be good for a few mins. then it slowly starts to go down. sometimes it will get to 10 psi then go back up to normal i replaced the fuel pump and it still has the same problem, checked the relay it is fine changed the fuel fiter and blew the lines out If i listen to the fuel pump while it is running it sounds like there is something blocking the intake (as the fuel pressure drops it sounds like the pump is really working hard).Any help would be appreciated THANKS

Might want to check the injectors. If the injectors are clogged or worn down to the point of blockage, they will put backpressure on the fuel lines causing the pressure to go down. Do you have a check engine light come on at any time? Could be a sensor loosing its power also.

How many miles does your ride have on it, and when was the last injection cleaning done?

Just ideas...

I know this is common sense, but did you replace the strainer when you replaced the fuel pump??

If the original strainer was clogged, it could cause a lack of fuel pressure. Just an idea.
