First please do not abrivate so much it is almost impossible to read what you are typing. Second try proofreading.
Ok now to the question. Check to see if all of the bleader screws are on top of the calaper. You said the break fluid was dirty, you need to blead the brakes untill it runs clear. You should not need any special tools to blead the brakes.
One last thing i forgot to tell you. I bet the drums are worn and you need to adjust them. to do this get the car moving in reverse and step on the brakes. If this is the problem then when you do the procider mentioned above you should hear a click from the drums. Keep repeating the process untill the clicking stops.
I had a problem like this and I replaced my brakes with some high-quality pads and shoes from ther parts store, not those cheapos that come up first on the screen and the parts monkey likes to throw at you. Cost a little more, but it sure has a good pedal now and it stops FAST!
Part of the problem could be in the rear brakes (too loose - not self adjusting like they should).
I had the same problem with my 91. I fought it through until I changed the master cylinger twice, the calipers, brake hoses. Still would be fine for a few days, then go low again.
The problem turned out to be trapped air it the lines. I would bleed them until pure brake fluid came out, but somehow air was still trapped somewhere. I solved the problem by a SLOW bleeding of all 4 brakes, letting them drip into containers with gravity flow. It took quire a while but finally solved the problem.
