No low beams

No low beams
The low beam headlights on my '96 F150 XLT just stoppped working. I turned them on the other night and nothing. Everything else, including the high beams, works fine. Bulbs are good and I can't find any blown fuses. Based on the information I've been able to find on-line it sounds like a problem with the "lamp out module". Does my truck have one of these modules, and if so, where is it located? (The local Ford dealer was totally clueless about this). If not the LOM, any other ideas?

had somewhat the same problem on my 250, was a loose wire on the switch, but they are nearly 10 years apart. i thought it was the fuse, and relays at first, but wasnt, hope this helps, best of luck on it.
