Will 2004 3/4 ton wheels fit 1995 3/4 ton vehicles?

Right idea , wrong year. It was '99 on the Superduty trucks that they changed from 8x6.5" to 8x170mm(6.7") bolt pattern and from lug-centric to hub-centric mounting style when they changed from the Sterling 10.25" rear axle to the 10.50" axle.

The F150's changed to metric when they changed body styles in '97. I believe it was to 5x135mm. They just changed again for the '04 model.
