Little Help Please

I have an 04 fxscrew..I am not real knowleable in stereo equipment..I want to install something in my truck that will really bump..but i dont want to spend a ton of money doing it...has anyone installed some subs and an amp and maybe some upgraded door speakers ..i was hoping not to have to change the head unit..and do any of you know if I have the xm hook-up in my factory head unit..Thanks in advance for any help

If you want to keep your head unit, but add a sub/amp you need to get a line level converter that converts speaker level inputs to RCA for your amp. That can be obtained for +/- 20 dollars anywhere they sell car audio. Somebody else on here will be able to give more advice on your amp and XM.

Each speaker in your truck is a 6x8, and those will run you $50-150 for a pair.
