Little Help Please

I have an 04 fxscrew..I am not real knowleable in stereo equipment..I want to install something in my truck that will really bump..but i dont want to spend a ton of money doing it...has anyone installed some subs and an amp and maybe some upgraded door speakers ..i was hoping not to have to change the head unit..and do any of you know if I have the xm hook-up in my factory head unit..Thanks in advance for any help

You have 6x8's in the doors. Factory deck can be used for that & an amp to power subs. There's a site for Screw boxes that hold 8's or 10's, but I can't remember the name. Scroll through the audio entries cuz I remember seeing it in there once or twice. Use Hi to Low convertor to hook up amp tp factory deck and boom!! Xm will be FM Modulated. I'd use the Roady or SkyFi from Delphi for easy transfer to another vehicle (buy additional car kits).
