The only "seal" I know of is a boot/gasket and can be ordered for the canopy from wherever it was bought at. Problem is the boot isn't a fool proof way to truly seal the cab and shell. Most use compression to hold themselves in place against the truck. The cab surface isn't perfectly smooth, the bed and cab flex at different rates on rough surfaces, and the imperfections in the boot will give you leaks. Perhaps there is a way around the problems to make this work.
