New shocks!!

I replaced my 30k mile shocks on my 2001 Ex yesterday. And for anyone that thinks that the factory units last any longer well... Two of the four were gone. I could compress them very easily with little effort. One more was leaking oil. I would advise that everyone replace their shocks if they have 30K+ on them. BTW, I did get Motorcraft replacements. Even if they last another 20K thats 3 years for me. Really good deal from a buddy at a dealer too.

I agree with you there!! (i did wait untill 85k).

I replaced mine with Rancho's (not sure how they are called).
"standard" up front and the "adjustable" in the rear. It makes it OK with no load
but makes it great if you have a load in or behind the truck.
