I am 100% new to the scene, fairly familiar with cars and trucks yet still young but I really like the look of the bronco (I think its the bronco II) I am more interested in the custom jobs I see and would like to make a mean offroad truck. I was just looking for some clarification on which vehicle this is typically done with. I know you can make either bronco II or big bronco an off-road but which is the one you can take the top and doors off ( I assume one is more typically practiced that the other) and if not then what are the differences between the two other than size
Or am I way off and they are the same vehicle just diff prod. years
oh so with the big bronco its just takn off bolts and what not, bronco II is much more a custom job though huh, well although you guys are probably biased what would you say, much cooler with bronco II though?
Someone sales kits. I found a BII at the junk yard with no top and platic caps over the cuts. I thought about getting them, but was broke and needed other parts more.
Your on the right track, the Full size bronco is a bigger truck, bigger engine, bigger drivetrain etc etc,,, The rear top does come off easily by removing the bolts, So its actually made to come off. Alot of people leave it on because of leaking problems l8r. The Bronco II a much smaller model is a solid body without a rear cover, Alot of cutting and torching and modifications... There are major differences between the 2, you just need to decide what exactly you are looking for... hope this helped.
