Question Changing Fuel Pump

I've got an 80 F250 that I need to change the fuel pump on. Have never done this. Was wondering how hard/easy it was and if there is anything I need to be aware of. Thanks for the help!

your not saying what motor you've got. But the one important thing no matter what fuel pump your changing make sure it's on the low spot on the cam, or you'll be unnecessarily fighting with the high spot. How can you tell, pay attention when your removing the pump, if you have pressure on the bolts the whole time your removing the pump your on the "high spot".. P.S. hope you don't have the 460

Sorry

The motor is a 400. Does it take very long to change? Do I need to remove anything else to get it out? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
