after changing your fluid in the tranny try adding either ford friction modifier(yes for the rear end) or a product by "blaster", trans valve fix. This is fixing the shudder problems in the new vehicle line that Ford is producing.
I 've got a shudder in 4th at around 37-48 mph or so. It's seems, as with my truck anyway that it is because of the 3.55 gearing that when the tranny shifts to overdrive, the rpm's drop too much for the engine to run right. Now I just turn overdrive of, and it's fine. Kinda like having a c-6, excpet I had to pay for an e4od to be rebuilt.
Check your coil wire @ both ends . My truck was doing the same thing and it was the coil wire, it was so corroded that it was green. If thats it ,put a new coil wire on it with dielectric grease in the cap, that will stop the corrosion.

That is torque convertor shudder. Mine was the same way had to change the fluid twice and then give it a little time. you might also try putting in the mercon V I've heard that this is how the dealers are fixing them.
