Carhartts from now on. Levi's are all made in some **** hole country that doesn't have a tape measurer. Waist and length can vary up to 2" on the same size jeans. Cinch jeans are pretty good too.
It's summertime! Who wears jeans? I get my shorts from Old Navy when I can. But I do prefer Levi's for my jeans. and of course they should be 501's. Too bad they moved all the factories over seas, though.
Levi's 501s, when I can find them on sale, otherwise the cheap Rustlers that Wally World and Kmart sell. They actually hold up pretty well, I get them in either blue or black. I boycott Old Navy, their commercials suck so badly that I just refuse to do business with them. (And the fact that there aren't any around here may have something to do with it!) -TD
Wrangler relaxed fit, the only jeans that I have ever found to be consistent in size, I can't wear the regualar jeans, they pinch me in the wrong places and choke me.
Wore Levi's 505 orange tabs for years, hated the red tab 505's. 501 red tabs were ok and eventually switched to 501's when they discontinued 505 orange tabs. Then one night I was in a bar and they had this contest where three girls each picked a dude in jeans. The girls had to start at the bottom of one of the guys pant's leg and push a ping pong ball up the leg and around down the other pants leg and out the other side. 505's were just too tight, we stood no chance of winning I then switched to relaxed fit Old Navy Number 7's and occasionally baggy Old Navy Jeans.
I like them so much better and they are dirt cheap when they are on sale, like 15-20 bucks. And if I ever get in a situation where a girl has to push a ping pong ball up one pant's leg and out the other, she's going to have a fighting chance
For dressing up: Wrangler 13MWZ, in rigid blue. They fit well, look good, and wear like iron.
For work: Wrangler 13MWZ, in faded blues, ones that used to be for dressing up. I also have some Carhartt's, which wear well, but cost more than Wrangler's, and a couple pairs of Dickie's, which are fairly inexpensive, but don't wear as well.
I never wear "baggy" or "loose" or "relaxed" fit jeans... and I'm not a fan of carpenter jeans.
