Sway bar addition?
I have the chance to buy Saleen sway bars and install them on my 99 Explorer Sport. Im worried though because I dont want to cause any harm or damage. If I were to buy only the front and leave the rear stock, would this be a problem? How about the rear and leave the front stock? Does the rear bar have to be bigger than the front? Have to be same size? Id like to buy both but it might not happen. Any input on sway bar upgrades?

A '99 has pretty good sway bars, both are solid. I would still upgrade if I were you, because I think the Saleens' are a tad larger than even the 99's. You will be very happy with the additions, there are no negative effects from it.
