Sounds good I will be in for a couple more shirts.
Looks like we will need to get this planned and get some firm orders for Steve. I think the shirts should be paid for with the order as has been discissed before. We have a treasurer (Mark - Peties3) that will accept the payments and keep it in a chapter account then he can disperse the funds to Steve when the shirts arrive.
Steve thanks for putting together another round for the shirts. Don't forget the (S) LOL
I will find out if I can get kids sizes or not. I am also interested in a few kids sizes myslef. I should have prices squared away within a few days probably Mon or Tuesday anfter I find out about kids sizes.
I like the idea of sending the money to the treasurer instead of me getting some here and some there. I am still waiting on one payment but cant seem to get ahold of him. To bad its personalized. I will bring it with me so anyone can see what they look like at the next GTG.
Funny man there Rollie I have already taken care of it and told them on the next order to make sure it is there. I can always bring a marker for your S rollie
I will start a seperate thread when I have prices set up just like last time. Remember this is the thread to discuss the shirts the actual order thread will be ONLY for orders.
I told myself I wouldnt do this again to much headache. But hell you guys grow on me.

Thanks Steve for another order. We need to get with Mark on how payments can be sent and recieved.
I think that the shirt order needs to paid for by a mailed check. I know paypal is very convenient but they also charge for the conveinence. All shirt orders need to be paid for at the time of the order. Not after the shirts are made. This will prevent the issue of having more shirts than money to cover them.
Anyone have any objections to this?
Anyone have any added suggestions?
Pay-pal does not charge for the service unlees you have a premeire account. With a normal account you may receive funds up to $1000.00 a month for free. Just an FYI
I would also rather pay by paypal. Just add your paypal collection fee to the paypal orders. By doing this you'll get the money instantly and don't have to worry about a bad check. (Not that I've ever wrote a bad check). LOL
I also have a premier account. Premier accounts give you the option of having the paypal debit card so that is where they get you. If you want the convenience of the card you pay for it.
The only way around the paypal thing is to either have whoever is paying to add a few bucks to cover the charges or to open a regular account and have them pay into that account and then just use paypals deposit feature to our chapter account.
I have used paypal before both paying and recieving. Not sure what account I have but know that I have been charged when people send me money. We could debate the pros and cons of paypal for ever and some will like it and some won't. I thinkit is best to go with however Mark feel the most comfortable with. We have put our trust in him as treasurer so we should work with him as to what he feels is the best or easiest for him to recieve and dispurse the money.
